Welcome to Relieve App!

Relieve App is developed and provided by an independent developer. By downloading or using Relieve App, these Terms of Use automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. By using Relieve App, you confirm that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms apply to all users of Relieve App, regardless of location.

1. App Ownership and User Content

You are not permitted to copy, modify, or create derivative versions of Relieve App, or any part of the app. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code, translate it into other languages, or make derivative works. Relieve App and all related rights belong to the developer.

Users are permitted to use the app as intended for personal purposes. Users retain all rights to any content they create within Relieve App.

2. Changes to the App and Services

Relieve App may evolve over time. The developer reserves the right to make changes to the app or charge for services at any time, for any reason. If paid services are introduced, Relieve App will clearly communicate what users are paying for.

3. App Security and User Responsibility

Relieve App processes limited information that you provide that you provide in order to deliver its services. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is secure. You should not “jailbreak” or “root” your phone, as doing so may make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, and other security issues, which may interfere with the proper functionality of Relieve App.

Relieve App is not responsible for security breaches caused by user negligence.

4. Internet Connection and Data Charges

Certain functions of Relieve App require an active internet connection, which may be provided by Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. Relieve App is not responsible for any failure due to lack of internet connection.

If you are using the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider’s terms and charges may apply, including data roaming charges. You are responsible for these costs, and for checking your plan and usage limits.

5. Device Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is sufficiently charged when using Relieve App. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the app, Relieve App is not responsible for any resulting issues.

6. Third-Party Services and Information

Relieve App currently does not integrate with third-party services that collect personal data.
If future features require such integrations, this policy will be updated and your consent requested.

Any third-party APIs or assets used that do not collect personal data will be listed here or within the app.

7. App Updates

Relieve App may be updated periodically. You will be notified when updates are available. The developer cannot guarantee that updates will always be relevant to you or compatible with your device. By continuing to use Relieve App, you agree to accept updates when offered.

If you do not update the app, certain features may not function correctly. Relieve App may also be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

8. Data Protection and User Rights

Relieve App respects your privacy and handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy.

When you create an account, your written reflections can be linked to your account
so you can continue your journaling experience after reinstalling or signing in on another device.
Other content—such as voice or image entries—remains only on your device for your privacy
and will not appear after reinstallation or on a different device.

You have the right to:

  • Access: View and manage your practice data within the app.
  • Correction: Update any incorrect or outdated personal information.
  • Deletion: Delete your account and practice entries directly within the app. Once deleted, your data will no longer be accessible. Some data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.
